EVENT CONCEPT 1: "The Unlearning"
The hook: A day to unlearn the performance and remember who you actually are.
Structure:
Morning: Guided hypnotherapy session (group) to access their authentic self beneath the conditioning
Midday: Silent creative work time - participants create something (write, draw, build) without any audience in mind. No posting, no sharing, no performing. Just making.
Afternoon: Each person identifies ONE pattern they're ready to release and ONE new pattern to install. They leave with a personalized self-hypnosis audio recording they can use daily.
CONCEPT 2
“The Way You Show Up”
(Not “how”, but “the way”)
What it actually is
A subtle but powerful recalibration of style of presence.
People leave understanding:
how they habitually show up
what it costs them
how to choose differently without reinventing themselves
Structure
Arrival
Reflection: “How do I show up when it matters?”
Mapping:
tense / collapsed / over-adapted / performative states
Hypno-CBT exercise:
rehearsing a new internal posture
Practice:
speaking or moving from that posture
Integration:
one anchor they’ll use before any visible moment
EVENT CONCEPT 3: "The Voice Underneath"
The hook: Find the voice you've been softening—and learn to trust it.
Structure:
Morning: Somatic/nervous system work - participants learn to identify where they physically hold the "don't say that" response (throat, chest, stomach)
Midday: Structured writing/speaking exercises where they practice saying the thing they'd normally soften or delete. Small groups, safe container.
Afternoon: Each person leaves with their "Unsoftened Statement"—the thing they've been afraid to say about their work/offer/beliefs. Plus a somatic anchor technique to access courage when they need it.
EVENT CONCEPT 4: "The Honest Offer"
The hook: What would you create if you weren't trying to appeal to everyone?
Structure:
Morning: Hypnotherapy journey to access their "unedited vision"—what they'd create/offer if they knew only the RIGHT people would see it
Midday: Participants actually BUILD a rough version of that thing (offer, post, pitch, manifesto). Not perfect. Just honest.
Afternoon: Practice sharing it in pairs, then small groups. Nervous system learns: being specific and polarizing = safe. They leave with their "honest offer" and the embodied experience of stating it without apologizing.
EVENT CONCEPT 5: "Visible Without Armor"
The hook: A day to practice being seen without performing, perfecting, or hiding.
Structure:
Morning: Group hypnotherapy to release the "I need to be perfect to be safe" pattern
Midday: Participants do something visible (speak, share work, state a price) in a safe container, intentionally IMPERFECTLY. They practice being "good enough" and seen.
Afternoon: Each person identifies their specific "armor" (perfectionism, over-preparation, people-pleasing) and learns a pattern interrupt technique. They leave with a personalized practice.
Why it's deep: They get the embodied experience: imperfect + visible = still safe. Their nervous system updates in real-time.
Practical skill: Pattern interrupt technique customized to their specific armor
EVENT CONCEPT 6: "The Permission Event"
The hook: What would you do if you gave yourself permission?
Structure:
Morning: Participants identify the ONE thing they've been waiting for permission to do (launch the thing, charge more, niche down, say the controversial thing, go bigger)
Midday: Deep dive into WHY they're waiting - hypnotherapy session to access and shift the underlying belief
Afternoon: They do the thing (or a version of it) RIGHT THERE. In the room. With witnesses. Launch the thing. Send the email. Record the video. Make the offer. They leave having already DONE it.
Why it's deep: Most people leave events inspired but don't act. This event makes action PART of the event. They don't leave with a plan—they leave having already started.
Practical skill: They've literally done the thing + learned self-permission technique
EVENT CONCEPT 7: "The Recognition"
The hook: You've forgotten what makes you magnetic. Let's remember.
Structure:
Morning: Guided process to identify their unique "frequency"—the specific combination of traits, experiences, perspectives that only THEY have
Midday: Each person articulates this in their own words (not coach-speak). They practice stating it: "I'm for people who..." "My work is different because..." "What makes me uniquely suited is..."
Afternoon: Hot-seat coaching/hypnotherapy to clear any blocks to owning this. They leave with their articulated uniqueness + the embodied confidence to state it.
