Timing: Commit to showing up on time for each session.
Late Arrivals: If the client is late, the session will still finish at the original ending time, not eligible for discounted price.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable.
Refund Policy: Once a session took place, the payment is non-refundable.
Scope of Service: While I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, these sessions are not a replacement of psychological or psychiatric treatment.
Responsibility of Actions: The client is responsible for their actions and choices before, during and after the session.
Confidentiality: All shared information by the client during our sessions are kept confidential (within the law requirements).
Agreements
The sessions involve hypnosis and structured cognitive-behavioral tools, so they may not be suitable for you if:
You’re uncomfortable with hypnosis or guided visualizations.
You’re currently in crisis or in danger of self-harm
You have a diagnosis of psychosis, schizophrenia or severe clinical presentations;
You are currently taking medication for depression
You experience epilepsy, frequent intense migraines, or unexplained fainting episodes
You are under 18's
You are often using recreational drugs or are alcohol-dependent
