2. Services Offered 

Oana Serbana offers online sessions using the Inner Permission Method, an integrative approach combining CBT-Hypnotherapy, Shadow Work, and Embodiment Practices. Services are delivered via Zoom and are intended for adults (18+) based anywhere in the world. 

 

These services are complementary in nature and do not constitute or replace: 

  • Medical treatment 

  • Licensed psychological or psychiatric care 

  • Crisis intervention 

 

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services. 

 

3. Eligibility 

By booking a session, you confirm that: 

  • You are 18 years of age or older 

  • You are not currently in crisis or at risk of self-harm 

  • You do not have a diagnosis of psychosis, schizophrenia, or other severe clinical conditions that contraindicate hypnotherapy 

  • You have read and understood the contraindications outlined in the Client Agreement 

 

4. Bookings & Payments 

All sessions are booked and paid for in advance through the booking system on this website. Payment is required to confirm your booking. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. 

 

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect already confirmed bookings. 

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Individual Sessions 

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session: full refund or free reschedule 

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session: non-refundable 

  • No-shows: non-refundable 

  • Once a session has taken place, the fee is non-refundable 

 

Termination of Agreement 

Either party may terminate the working agreement at any time by providing written notice. Any sessions paid for but not yet delivered will be refunded in full within 14 days of the termination notice, except for sessions scheduled to take place within 24 hours of a termination notice from the client, which are non-refundable. 

 

6. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website — including text, images, methods, and materials — is the intellectual property of Oana Serbana unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission. 

 

7. Disclaimer of Liability 

While every effort is made to provide high-quality, evidence-based services, Oana Serbana cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary between individuals and depend on a range of personal factors. 

 

Oana Serbana is not liable for: 

  • Any decisions made by the client as a result of sessions 

  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or its services 

  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including platform outages 

 

8. Confidentiality 

All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others). 

 

9. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR) 

Oana Serbana is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch privacy law. 

 

Personal data collected through this website (such as name, email address, and booking information) is used solely for: 

  • Processing bookings and payments 

  • Communicating with you about your sessions 

  • Sending relevant updates or newsletters (with your explicit consent)
