Hypnotherapy Sessions
for
Stress, Anxiety and Better Boundaries

Stress, anxiety, and blurred boundaries often show up in ways which might sound familiar to you:

  • Saying yes when you want to say "no"

  • Avoiding tough conversations

  • Overthinking before a date or dreading public speaking

  • Fear of being visible online as an entrepreneur

  • Spinning thoughts that drain your energy

  • Stress and tension that keep you awake

I’m offering 6 free Hypnotherapy sessions where you can focus on an issue that you need support with, related to boundaries, anxiety or stress.

Together we’ll shift old patterns into new ways of being and behaving, bringing more calm into your body, more clarity into your choices and more confidence in how you show up.

What we can work on

Boundaries

You often put others first, and your own needs slip to the side. That can leave you drained and resentful. Some examples on how unhealthy boundaries might show up:

  • Saying “yes” to staying late at work even when you’re exhausted.

  • Struggling to decline invitations when you need downtime.

  • Difficulty telling a friend you don’t want to lend money/your car (feeling guilty or selfish).

  • Being unable to push back when a colleague interrupts your focus with constant small requests.

  • Avoiding uncomfortable conversations with a partner or housemate about shared responsibilities.

In our sessions you’ll practice noticing your needs and voicing them clearly, so that saying no feels less heavy and more natural.

Anxiety

When anxiety takes over, even simple situations can feel beyond overwhelming. Maybe you can recognize your own struggles in one of these situations:

  • Anxiety during or before going on a date( sweaty palms, racing thoughts, imagining rejection).

  • Anxiety when introducing yourself in a networking or social group, making you avoid even going there.

  • Dreading being visible on social media as an entrepreneur (posting, going live, or sharing opinions).

  • Nervousness before taking a driving test or exam, despite being well-prepared (I've been there!).

  • Fear of speaking up in group meetings at work, even with familiar colleagues.

You’ll learn to steady yourself so nerves don’t take over, leaving you freer to show up as you.

Stress

Stress has a way of creeping in until it becomes part of your everyday life. You notice it in your body, your sleep and mood are affected. It can manifest like:

  • Feeling tense and overwhelmed after work, struggling to “switch off” in the evenings.

  • Lying awake at night replaying the day’s conversations, leading to poor sleep.

  • Physical tension in shoulders and stomach before meetings or deadlines.

  • Overthinking and worry.

You’ll discover ways to release the build-up, rest more easily, and carry the day with less weight.

FAQ

Is this really free?
Yes.

What happens in the sessions?
Each session is about 60 minutes. We’ll work on a specific goal you choose (boundaries, anxiety, or stress) using structured cognitive-behavioral techniques sometimes combined with hypnosis. You’ll also practice tools you can apply in daily life.

Will I be hypnotized?
Yes, but hypnosis in this context is simply a state of focused attention and relaxation. You’ll stay aware and in control the whole time. Many people describe it as feeling calm and absorbed, like being deeply focused on a book or movie.

Do I have to attend all 6 sessions?
Yes, to get the full benefit. If it's not possible to attend all 6 sessions, then this offer might not be for you.

What if I’m not sure this is right for me?
That’s what the intake call is for. We’ll talk briefly about your situation, check if it’s a good fit, and you can ask any questions before committing.

Is it confidential?
Yes. I’ll only share anonymized notes with my supervisor as part of my diploma requirements. Your name or personal details are never shared.

Who is this not suitable for?
If you’re under 18, in crisis, diagnosed with psychosis or severe clinical conditions, currently experiencing suicidal thoughts, or uncomfortable with hypnosis, these sessions won’t be the right ones. (See the “Who this is not for” section above.)
