We can only connect with others as deeply as we connect with ourselves.

Ever feel like it’s hard to really say how you’re feeling—or even know what you’re feeling in the first place? Or maybe you want to connect more deeply with others but don’t know how to share without overthinking it.

This workshop is all about helping you get in touch with your feelings, make sense of them, and share them in a way that creates meaningful connections. It’s simple, practical, and doesn’t require any prior experience—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

We’ll start with a guided meditation land softly in the space and to connect with ourselves first. 
As the evening progresses, we transition to interacting with other participants. You will engage in exercises, first one-on-one and then in small groups, designed to practice the delicate art of staying attuned to yourself while opening up to others. We'll introduce communication tools that encourage clear, heart-felt expressions, to support deeper understanding and intimacy while being with other people.

The last part of the evening is a Sharing Circle  inspired by Heart IQ™️, where we  welcome anything that needs to be revealed, felt and expressed, to support as a collective each other's personal journeys and to shine Love on ALL parts of us.

- The difference between feelings and the stories we tell ourselves about them.
- Communication tools for sharing your emotions in a clear, authentic way—and how to really listen when others do the same.
